Changing Hearts and Destiny (CHAD) Community Development Corporation (CDC), Inc. is a non-profit organization serving neighborhoods in Lee County, AL and its surrounding areas. Basic Needs, Education, Health and Wellness and Family-Life Enrichment are the pillars for services and resources provided within the organization. CHAD is governed with strong, reliable, capable, caring and responsive board leadership that communicates openly and effectively with its membership and larger community.
